Vittorio Galloro

VITTORIO GALLORO  

Born in Naples , made its first approach to the dance at the age of ten years in a suburban private school, in 1991-92 school enters the Teatro San Carlo in Naples under the direction of Anna Razzi . Then in 1997-98 he moved to the National Ballet School of Cuba after he graduated as a dancer and teacher.
 

Awards: In 1997 he took part in the international competition of ballet Habana (Cuba) won the silver medal. In the same year he won the silver medal at international ballet competition Vignale Danza (Italy). a year later, in 1998, took part again in the international competition ballet Habana (Cuba), where he won the silver medal in her category, best couple prize at the competition .
In 2001 he participated in the Premio Roma, where he received  silver medal and prize for the best italian dancers of the competition.Nel 2003 he participated in the same competition getting the bronze medal in his category.
In 2008 participates in the Rudolf Nureyev Competition in Budapest, where is a finalist and received a special jury prize.

 

Professional work: National ballet of Cuba, The European Ballet of London, as a principal dancer,  Classical Ballet Company Reggio Emilia as a principal dancer, Opera in Budapest,as solist, Prague National Ballet  like solist, first  guest soloist in Introdans Netherlands. National ballet of Cuba, Laura Alonso, as first dancer

He has danced in more than one hundred theaters around the world, has participated in many shows in Cuba, Mexico, Brazil and Santo Domingo in 2000 at the festival in Mongolia in Ulan Bata.
In 2008 he was invited to the Budapest Opera's gala Tribute to Rudolf Nureyev in the competition.
In August 2010 participates at the gala "Thank you Rudy" the Versiliana, dancing with the likes of Alen Bottani, Lisa Cullum, Joel Carreno, Yolanda Correa and many others.
August 2010 to receive recognition for his career Loano dance festivals,Italy .In october 2010 is  guest at,ballet gala ”Glory of ballet II” Erfurt Germany, in November 2010, guests at the gala of dance talent in Venice.
In March 2011 a guest at the Gala "Thank you Rudy" Milan, May 2010 A guest at the Gran ballet gala city of Rome

Participates in July 2011 at the gala of stars in the Spoleto Festival,under the direction of Alberto Testa,Alessandra Ferri
September 2011 dancing at  International Ballet Festival of Miami, USA.

December 2011,invited at  "GRAND GALA OF DANCE CITY OF SALERNO" at the Teatro Verdi.
January 2012:invited at  “Ballet Gala  City of Turin”

March,is invited at ballet gala closing of the international ballet competiton city of Spoleto 2012
 

April 2012, is invited,as first dancer at BALLET OF TENERIFE, in "Tchaikovsky Passion" in the role of Prince Nutcracker ,and in the pas de deux of the third act of Sleeping Beauty,in june he dancing in Opera en Roma,     basil in don Chisciotte suite for gala performances.

In august 2012 Vittorio is invited to “GALA DI STELLE”in Ascoli,Rome,Cremona,under the direction of Raffaele Paganini e Carla Fracci,and on 25 of august Vittorio is invited to dancing at “2 GALA DE DANZA BRASIL”in Poulina,and 1 of settember he recived GRAND PRIX OF TALENT at International festival of Loano,Italy,

November 2012 Vittorio is invited at Bucarest Opera House,as guest dancer ,in full ballet  Basil ,DonQuixote.

April 2013 is invited to State Opera Ruse,Bulgaria, to dance Basil in DonQuixote .

April 2013 with National ballet of Sofia  is invited in Dubai to dance Basil in DonQuixote,and Albrech in Giselle

May 2013 guest principal in Scopye,with National opera of Macedonia to dance Basil in DonQuixote

Gune 2013 Vittorio is invited to dance AT THE 10th ANNIVERSARY OF "DANCE BENEFIT GALA" ARDT FOUNDATION in Holland, Amsterdam

July 2013 Vittorio is invited to dance at closin BALLET GALA of the Bucarest international competition 2013

July 2013 is invited like guest teacher for workshop, and to dance at LEVANTE DANZA FESTIVAL 2013 Italia

July 2013 Vittorio is invited to dance at VALENCIA  INTERNACIONAL BALLET GALA 2013 ,SPAIN

August 2013 Vittorio recive,from CARLA FRACCI,the carrier award at "PREMIO CAPRI INTERNATIONAL 2013"

September 2013,Vittorio recive the carrier award of Montecatini City,during the festival "PASSI DI TALENTO"Montecatini 2013

Ottober 2013 is invited at Slovenian National Ballet Gala 2013,Maribor

November 2013 Vittorio dance at Russian ballet festival, in Saratov,the full ballet "Don quixote" at Saratov Opera Hause in the role of Basil

International ballet gala "RISING STARS"in Parma Teatro Regio.

December 2013 Vittorio dancing at SALIERI DANCE FESTIVAL 2013,LEGNAGO VERONA

January 2014 Vittorio is invited at Milan for the international ballet gala "STARS OF BALLET"with many principal dancers of the important ballet companies worldwide.

March 2014 Vittorio  is invitede to dance in  Russia at prestigious  ballet gala "WORD BALLET STAR  Perm 2014"

May 2014 Vittorio is Ivited to dance  a t State Opera Prague at “Miroslv Kura Ballet Gala” and In Julay at same State Opera Prague,to dance in World Ballet stars in PRAGUE 2014

June 2014 Vittorio  is invited  to dance at “SEGOVIA DANCE FESTIVAL 2014 “Spain, gala performances with principal dancer of National ballet of Cuba

In july Vittorio is invited to dance at JESOLO DANCE FESTIVAL 2014,dancing a pas de deux “OBLIVION”tango from Astor Piazzola music,choreography by Eriberto Verardi

July 22,23, 2014 ,Vittorio is invited at ballet gala”THE GREAT PAS DE DEUX”with principal of “La Scala”Milan and Opera of Roma

August 3,Vittorio is invited at opening gala of “PIRAN DANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2014”Slovenia, at same place he is guest teacher at DANC’S SEMINAR PIRAN.And at 16 of August she dance at closing gala of the festival,the pas de deux”ROMANCE”choreography by John Blikendaal

Agust 25, Vittorio is invited at State Opera in Praga at annual “Summr Ballet Stars Gala,”under direction of Jana Kurova

November 2014 Vittorio Is invited like principal dancer at Opera Ballet Theatre in Saratov,Russia to perform a full Nutcracker

November,December,2014, Vittorio is invited like guest Etoile with national company in Italy,direct by RAFFAELE PAGANINI to performe in more than 30 city round Italy,THE NUTCRACKER full ballet.

In December,Vittorio parteciped at Ballet Gala ”World Ballet Stars in Saratov”Russia with “le Corsare”and Arlecchinade”PDD

In the same month Vittorio dance in Monaco of Bavaria, Germany in the gala "WEIHNACHTS-BALLET GALA-2015" with the ballet world etoile

In March vittorio is guest of honor at the Premio Domenico Modugno 2016, Bari getting the lifetime achievement award.

Vittorio is currently international guest  principal dancer, in many State Opera of Europe .like Rome,Napoli,Opera Bucarest,Opera Perm,Opera Sofia,Opera Macedonia,Opera Maribor,Opera Lubijana,Saratov Opera Theatre,Russia.
