Jorge Cardoso

Mandolin player and Brazilian composer, studied popular mandolin with the teachers Elismar Pontes and Marco César and in 2008 graduated in Italy in classic mandolin at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi with Maestro Ugo Orlandi. A master's degree in musicology from the University of Brasilia (2011). It is a doctoral student at the Federal University of Ceará in the research line Education, Curriculum and Teaching, main theme of the teaching of music. Research and is dedicated to Brazilian popular music giving lectures and concerts in several countries.
