Hamidreza Ghorbani (Persian: حمیدرضا قربانی; born 30 July 1991 in Isfahan, Iran) is an Iranian singer-songwriter, composer, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. Active in music since 2007, he is associated primarily with pop and pop-rock, combining Persian musical expression with contemporary international influences.
Ghorbani began learning guitar at the age of 16 while studying computer science. He later expanded his musical knowledge through piano, music theory, and composition, developing an independent approach to songwriting and music production. His work includes both Persian- and English-language songs, exploring themes of love, personal experiences, loneliness, hope, and human connection.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Ghorbani works with guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, piano, and synthesizer. His professional skills include songwriting, composition, musical arrangement, recording, sound engineering, mixing, mastering, and music production. Through his own label and studio, Hamidreza Ghorbani Music, he is involved in multiple stages of creating and producing his recordings, from initial musical ideas to finished releases.
His discography includes Songs of Hope and Peace, Love Is Enough, Life Goes On, Rooz O Shab (Day and Night), and The 2026 Collection, Vol. 1. His international collaborations have included American musician and producer Shay Watson, bassist Peter Baltes, drummer Joey Jordison, and vocalists Jenny Teator, Sarah Rebecca, and Ella Hartt. His collaborative album Songs of Hope and Peace brought together Ghorbani and Watson as composers, with Baltes and other musicians contributing to the project.
Beyond recorded music, Ghorbani has been associated with music for television and screen productions. His work has been linked to the American television series The Young and the Restless and to music featured through television networks including CBS and MTV.
His music has also received international radio exposure. In October 2026, his song “Freedom” was featured on the UK-based podcast and radio programme The Bugcast, in episode 915, where the track was played and discussed. His music has also been featured on The Indie Musician Hub, a programme that introduced listeners to his music and artistic background.
Through his independent productions, bilingual repertoire, and international collaborations, Ghorbani continues to develop a body of work connecting Iranian musical identity with contemporary pop and rock influences.
