BIO
Francesco Testa. I was born in Sardinia (Italy) in 1992. I am also known as LETESTE.
As an artist, I received my formal training at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, Escola Massana in Barcelona and the Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon.
I also studied Film and Advertising Directing at the University of Design and Engineering Elisava in Barcelona, where, in addition to directing short films and music videos and dedicating myself to editing, I had the opportunity to produce storyboards for audiovisual projects.
My creative imagination is deeply influenced by a fluid animism, where bodies and nature blend to create enigmatic atmospheres and dreamlike visions.
As an illustrator, I have collaborated with magazines such as Corriere della Sera, Kaleydoskop, Neutopia, LetteraZero, and the publisher Vizi Editore.
In my free time, I enjoy conducting illustration and manual animation workshops focused on emotional development and body expression for groups at risk of social and cultural exclusion. I currently live in Barcelona and work as an illustrator, graphic designer and director.
