Alexandre Dubosc

After studing directing at Sup.Info.Com, Alexandre Dubosc obtained a Master in European Art ( M.A.IS.C.A.). He worked in several companies in Paris for film and television, including among others "Mac Guff Ligne". In 2002 he directed "The Lover" , an amazing animated short film mixing traditional and digital techniques, and which announces a turning point in his career. His desire to research into creation takes over and he is now recognized as authorexperimenter on different mediums : still or moving image, from play dough to virtual image. Between films and photographs, the current approach of Alexandre Dubosc explores in an inventive way the limits of a "food" fascination through image and words. Fun and gourmet, his creations install a game between the viewer and the intimate objects of our fridge that we think we know. ( links to many exhibitions )
