Aurèlia Muñoz. Beings

A major retrospective of Aurèlia Muñoz’s textile art at MACBA. Early collages, pictorial embroidery and large macramé structures lead to her kite sculptures, handmade-paper installations, drawings and models. The exhibition traces how she moved between craft, sculpture and architecture while attending to land, water and air ecosystems. Organised by MACBA and the Museo Reina Sofía.
