Sarah began playing violin at the age of six, under the direction of Kyra Zeilinger in Pinckney, Michigan. She learned the Suzuki Method, and began performing at her family's church at an early age. By middle school, she began studying with Wendy Azrak of the Ann Arbor Suzuki Institute. She also participated in many performances including the ASTA Conference at the Renaissance Center, and was a part of the Institute's touring group that performed at the Cleveland Institute of Music. She was employed as a professional wedding musician for the first time at the age of twelve. In high school, she began studying with Professor Daniel Foster of Eastern Michigan University, and performing with the Michigan Youth Symphony Orchestra. In 2010, she also served as the concertmaster of the Blue Lake International String Orchestra throughout their summer tour of Germany and France at the age of fifteen. In 2016, she began studying with Professor Daniel Mason at the University of Kentucky as a violin performance student. She currently performs with the University of Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, as well as concert and event appearances. She had her professional debut in Jackson, Michigan in November, 2016 with the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. Her first single album, The Swan, will be released in February 2017.
