Becky Potter

Becky Potter is an Oregon-based contemporary artist whose work explores beauty, memory, and meaning in the ordinary moments of everyday life. Working primarily in oil, she is known for expressive color, painterly brushwork, florals, intimate still lifes, and scenes that celebrate the poetry found in daily living.

Her work is rooted in what she calls Contemporary Romanticism — the belief that ordinary objects and familiar moments can carry emotional weight, memory, and a sense of wonder. A flower in afternoon light, a table after a shared meal, or the beautiful disorder of a well-lived home can become evidence of something larger.

Becky lives and works in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where she is surrounded by vineyards, gardens, family, and the changing seasons that continually influence her work.
